Shipping Questions
Do you offer Free Shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100, as long as they meet the specified conditions. You can learn more in our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. We offer shipping options to almost every country in the world! However, our store www.balvi.us is for the North American market only. For other countries, please visit www.balvi.com.
What shipping options do you offer and at what price?
Our shipping prices are calculated real-time based on package dimensions, weight, distance traveled and requested delivery service/speed. Unfortunately, postage isn't cheap as we are a small company and do not get the rates of huge corporations. We ship everything from our location in Maryland and postage is "zone based" (the further away, the more expensive it is). We do our best to keep our shipping prices low as we are incredibly thankful for our customer's support.

Order Questions
My item(s) arrived broken. What now?
Bummer! We're so sorry to hear that. We'll do our best to get a replacement(s) sent ASAP. To help us file a claim with the Shipping Provider we ask that you please contact us. We will ask you for some photos of the damaged goods, and if you still have the outer box, photos of that too would be much appreciated.
Please note, we are not responsible for any damage or lost packages sent to a forwarding company.
Can I change/modify my Shipping Address?
To update your shipping address, login into your online account and proceed to the Edit Address option. Once an order has been placed, it is very difficult for us to update the address for that package, so please double-check address details before submitting an order.
If an order was placed and an incorrect address was used, please notify us immediately. We'll do our best to intercept the package, but there is no guarantee. Once your package is in the hands of the shipping service, we are unable to alter the address for you.
How can I track my order?
To track an order simply login to your online account and click the order you'd like to track. From there you will see a link to the shipping provider (UPS) tracking portal. You will also receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped with the necessary links for tracking. If you don't see this, we recommend checking your spam folder.
How do I redeem a discount code?
Discount Codes can be redeemed on the checkout page just above the itemized report of the order. Enter the Discount Code and hit 'Apply'. The order total will automatically update.
Please note that Discount Codes do not count towards Shipping, and some Discount Codes received via email promotions may have an expiration date.
General Questions
Do you wrap gifts?
At the moment we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, our product boxes, which we call "Gift Boxes", are colorful, sustainable and visually appealing, so you can give our products as they are presented.
Will an item be back in stock?
Most items will be back in stock (depending on demand). For more information on a specific product please contact us.
How to submit a product for consideration?
We're passionate about creative design and we're always on the lookout for interesting products to add to our assortment. If you're a designer or dreamer of Disboring ideas, we want to see your product or collection. Tell us about your item here.
As a result of the large volume of submissions, we regret that we are unable to respond to each one individually. If our creative team find your product to be something our customers would enjoy, we will contact you for additional information.
How long can I save items in my shopping bag?
The products remain 14 days from the last shopping cart session. This means that this period is reset when the customer revisits the shopping cart session.
