Refund Policy
We recommend that you carefully read all product information before purchasing. Due to logistical issues, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. We will handle any issues on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Items
Although we take great care to pack every order for safe transit, occasionally, damage does occur. Please examine your order as soon as it arrives to ensure there is no damage.
If you do notice damage, let us know by contacting support or replying to your order confirmation email. Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package. Do not discard the damaged item(s). You will be asked to include your order number and pictures of the damaged items and packaging.
If the damage is outside our control, we reserve the right to refuse to send a replacement or issue a refund. Any claims made beyond 2 days from receiving the product will not be considered for reimbursement or replacement.
Defective Items
Examine your order as soon as it arrives to ensure that it is in perfect condition. If you find a hidden defect that the product shouldn't have, the product will be covered under warranty.
Please contact us immediately. We will request information and evidence in this regard in order to deal with your request.
Order Cancellation
You have the possibility to cancel and modify your order at any time and free of charge as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.
Incorrect Products
Although we strive to pack all orders correctly, mistakes can happen. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us. We will ask you to send us a photo of the item received along with your order number.
Do NOT open any item you believe to be incorrect. An opened item may be refused for exchange or credit, even if it was shipped or received in error.
