This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options. Sometimes, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.
- UPS Ground® - It gives you cost-effective, reliable ground delivery within one to five business days. You also get free tracking information for your shipment, 24/7.
- UPS 2nd Day Air® - For important, but not critical shipments, use two-day option.
- UPS Next Day Air® - For urgent shipments, we offer time-definite next day delivery.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Shipping Fees
Fees will vary depending on dimensions, weight and handling. To calculate the cost of shipping, please use our shipping calculator on our checkout page after you have added all the items you'd like to order to your shopping cart.
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. This includes any orders returned due to non-claim, incorrect address, undeliverable address, etc. Balvi is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while ensuring your items are delivered in the most efficient and reliable way possible.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping if your order has a minimum value of $100. Please note that this discount is automatic, it will appear in your checkout if the order meets the conditions:
- Free shipping on all products
- Valid for United States
- Applies to shipping charges less than $10.00
- Minimum purchase of $100
- Can be combined with discounts on products
Holiday Shipping Times
Due to the large influx of orders during the months of November and December, it can take up to 3-5 business days to process, package, and ship your order. Please take this into account when placing your order and allow plenty of time to receive your package prior to the date you need it. We cannot guarantee that any order placed will arrive by a specific date, and all delivery times are estimates only.
International Shipping
For orders outside the U.S., please visit and order through our European website www.balvi.com.
Tracking Orders
Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment, and can also be found in the My Account section. In the event that your package is returned due to an invalid delivery address, you are responsible for any fees that incur due to the return.
Wrong Addresses
If an order is placed and the address entered at checkout is incorrect, Balvi is not responsible for the delivery or the fees associated with having the package re-routed (if applicable). You are responsible for double-checking the address to which your order is shipped. If the order does not make it to your destination due to the error in address, Balvi is not responsible for a replacement to be mailed.
Also, we do not recommend to have your package mailed to an address if the address is temporary. In some cases, packages may take several weeks to arrive. If you vacate the delivery address prior to receiving the package, we are not responsible for any fees to receive the package again or for a replacement to be mailed out.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
Once orders have left our warehouse, Balvi cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If you’re having trouble tracking a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carrier for assistance. If a replacement is mailed, Balvi reserves the right to mail the replacement via any shipping method available.
Receipts of Incorrect Items
While we try to pack every order correctly, mistakes happen. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us. We will ask you to provide us an image of the item received and your order number.
DO NOT open any items that you believe are incorrect. An opened item may be rejected for exchange or credit, even if incorrectly mailed/received.
Damage Claims
Although we take great care to pack every order for safe transit, occasionally, damage does occur. Please examine your order as soon as it arrives to ensure there is no damage.
If you do notice damage, let us know by contacting support or replying to your order confirmation email. Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package. Do not discard the damaged item(s). You will be asked to include your order number and pictures of the damaged items and packaging.
If the damage is outside our control, we reserve the right to refuse to send a replacement or issue a refund. Any claims made beyond 2 days from receiving the product will not be considered for reimbursement or replacement.
